The four source/one zone system is aimed at the new home and MDU market with specific feature sets for retrofit and new construction applications. The C-4.1 controller is comprised of an 8 x 20 watt amplifier, housed in a compact wall mount chassis that can be installed in an electrical room or closet, and includes four keypads with built-in IR receivers. The keypads connect to the controller via the Nexus Audio Systems ‘Phantom Control’, which uses the same four conductor wire that carries the audio signal to your speakers.
